    YES! You can most definitely travel, subject to the current COVID-19 restrictions in place. For the time being we are limited to certain states (including QLD, NSW, ACT, WA, NT), so this is a great opportunity to see what our local region has to offer! It is also possible to travel overseas under some circumstances after receiving approval from home affairs.

    Yes, we can book groups to various destinations based on your specific needs.  It may be a sporting group, school group, or group of friends or families.

    Yes! We can host small group tours to destinations that are on or off the beaten track.

    Yes, you can book your holiday yourself. However, here at Capital Travel we manage your holiday from start to finish, we even offer support during your holiday. So if something goes wrong you can call or send an email to your agent and we will do our best to rectify your situation. Our agents have been doing this for a while, so we know all the best travel destinations and holiday ideas.

    Providing you have given your phone contact and email address when you made your reservation, airlines today will contact you if there is any changes to your flight reservations. You can also go onto your airline’s website and manage your booking as this will also notify you of any changes. You will need your booking reference to able to do this which you will find on your electronic ticket.

    General rule of thumb for international flights is to check in at least 2 hours prior to your flight departure. For some of the larger airports (i.e. London Heathrow, Los Angeles, New York) we recommend you check in 3 hours prior to your flight departure as security checks at these airports can take some time to get through.

    We also recommend arriving earlier at peak times of the year like Christmas Holidays when airports are particularly busy.

    For domestic travel in Australia, check in at least 45 minutes before your flight.

    It is recommended that you contact your Doctor or the Travellers Medical Vaccination Centre in your city for advice on health/vaccination questions for your particular travel.

    A Visa or Mastercard Travel Money card is a safe way to carry currency for your travels. Contact your bank or one of the international foreign currency exchange desks for advice.
